The terms of doing business with us.

All products sold by Pepteed are research-grade chemicals intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical reference. They are NOT drugs, food, cosmetics or dietary supplements. They are NOT intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation or any other form of administration to people or animals.

By placing an order you certify that (a) you are at least 21 years old, (b) you represent a credentialed research entity or licensed healthcare practice, and (c) you will use the products only for the lawful research purposes described above.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable state sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at our discretion — including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or insufficient research-use evidence.

We ship within the continental United States only, via FedEx or UPS, with same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern (business days). Detailed shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Because of the temperature-sensitive nature of peptides and the chain-of-custody requirements of research-grade materials, returns are accepted only under specific conditions detailed in our Refund Policy.

All content on pepteed.com — including but not limited to product photography, copy, the Pepteed name, logo, packaging design and Certificates of Analysis — is the property of Pepteed and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use any of it for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pepteed's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the products or this site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages.

Because the products are research-grade chemicals used outside of our supervision, you assume all risk associated with their handling, storage and use, and you indemnify Pepteed against any claim arising from any non-research use of the products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its "Updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
