How and when your order ships.
We ship every order in temperature-controlled packaging the same business day it's placed, as long as you order before 2:00 PM Eastern.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states plus Washington, D.C., from our facility in Delaware. We do not ship internationally at this time.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or freight forwarders. A physical street address with someone available to receive a temperature-sensitive package is required.
Dispatch time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays are dispatched the next business day.
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans the package.
Carriers and transit time
We ship via FedEx and UPS, both 2-day expedited by default. Transit time once dispatched: 1–3 business days depending on your distance from Delaware.
Overnight delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Shipping costs
Free 2-day shipping on all orders of $100 or more, shipped within the continental U.S. Below $100, a flat $14 expedited shipping fee applies.
Alaska and Hawaii add $20 to the base shipping fee due to carrier requirements.
Cold-chain protocol
Lyophilised peptides are stable at room temperature for the duration of a 2-day transit. Liquid solutions and any product requiring active refrigeration ship in an insulated box with cold packs validated to maintain 2–8 °C for up to 72 hours.
Refrigerated shipments dispatch Monday through Wednesday only to avoid weekend warehouse holds at carrier hubs.
Delivery and signature
All shipments require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will attempt redelivery the next business day or hold the package at a local pickup point.
Inspect your shipment immediately on arrival. If anything looks compromised, photograph the box and contact us within 48 hours — see our Refund Policy for details.
Lost or stuck shipments
If your tracking has not updated in 48 hours after dispatch, email support@pepteed.com with your order number. We open a carrier trace and ship a replacement at our cost if the original cannot be located within 5 business days.
