How and when your order ships.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states plus Washington, D.C., from our California facility.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders. A physical street address with someone available to receive a temperature-sensitive package is required.

Shipping is a flat $5.99 on every U.S. order. Orders of $200 or more ship free — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days across the U.S. Most orders leave our facility within one business day of being placed; you receive a tracking number by email as soon as the package is scanned.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Lyophilised peptides are stable at room temperature for the duration of transit. Liquid solutions and any product requiring active refrigeration ship in an insulated box with cold packs validated to maintain 2–8 °C for up to 72 hours.

Inspect your shipment immediately on arrival. If anything looks compromised, photograph the box and contact us within 48 hours — see our Refund Policy for details.

If your tracking has not updated in 48 hours, email support@pepteed.com with your order number. We open a trace and ship a replacement at our cost if the original cannot be located within 5 business days.
