Returns, refunds and replacements.

If your shipment arrives with broken vials, compromised packaging or a temperature excursion beyond the validated cold-chain range, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box, the packaging interior and the affected vials.

We will ship a free replacement of the affected lot within one business day, or issue a full refund to your original payment method, at your choice.

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return label and ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Every vial ships with a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis showing purity by HPLC and mass-spec identity. If your independent analysis returns results outside our stated specification, contact us with your test report. We will refund the full purchase price and cover the cost of your analysis up to $250.

Because we cannot verify the storage conditions of a vial once it has left our facility, we do not accept returns based on change of mind. We strongly recommend ordering a single vial before committing to a larger purchase.

If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched, you receive a full refund within 3 business days. Once an order has been dispatched (you receive a tracking number), it can no longer be cancelled.

Email support@pepteed.com with your order number, the issue, and any supporting photos or documentation. We acknowledge every request within one business day and resolve most cases within three.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
